yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to recognizing a detached witness-consciousness. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Spiritual aspect of yoga emphasizes the attainment of peace and clarity of mind, while perfecting the posture is of secondary importance. Through the eight limbs of yoga, we take you to the journey of practicing YAMA – Restraints, moral disciplines, NIYAMA – Positive duties or observances, ASANA – Posture, PRANAYAMA – Breathing Techniques, PRATYAHARA – Sense withdrawal, DHARANA – Focused Concentration, DHYANA – Meditative Absorption, SAMADHI – Bliss or Enlightenment

Yoga for kids – kids’ yoga classes are a joyous affair, filled with fun. A very different approach is used to accommodate kids. These sessions are very engaging. Poems, short stories are included for relaxation, visualisation & meditation. As the benefits of yoga certainly last a lifetime positive impact, we ensure that through our yoga classes, kids learn the value of kindness and discover compassion for each other. Vedic yoga develops increased awareness of the impacts of their own actions (Karma) on themselves and the world around them.

Yoga for mums – These yoga sessions are custom made, address the needs & requirement of mums, whether it’s a health factor, uplifting the mood or spirit. By practicing yoga on a regular basis, mums keep a check on their weight, maintaining the flexibility of body and toning the muscles, releasing the stress. We encourage and support mums to make yoga a part of their daily routine to manage their lives in a better way.

Meditation-Meditation helps you focus on your inner self and makes you more aware of yourself. It is a great technique that helps in dealing with stress, tension and anxiety at any stage of your life.
